How to opt out in AI training: Figma

For Organization and Enterprise Plans:

Beta AI functionalities in Figma are inherently accessible on all paid plans. Administrators on paid plans possess the capability to opt out of AI tools for their team or organization as desired:

  1. Navigate to the file browser and click on "Admin."
  2. Scroll down to AI beta and switch off Figma and FigJam AI. This action will effectively deactivate Figma’s AI features for your organization. To re-enable them, repeat the aforementioned steps and switch AI features back on.
For Starter and Professional Teams:

Beta AI features are automatically accessible to teams subscribed to Starter and Professional plans. Team administrators retain the ability to opt out of the AI beta on a per-team basis:

  1. Go to the file browser and select the team you wish to opt out.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to the team name and choose "View settings."
  3. Scroll down to AI beta and disable Figma and FigJam AI. This will deactivate Figma’s AI features for your team.
